2018-2019: Learn from the Past and See the Future
January 2019

About this time of year, we remember what happened in the previous year and look forward to the new year. A part of remembering the past year is to learn from our successes and failures. Then we change priorities, make improvements and plan for success in the coming year.

September 2019 begins a possible seven year window before the final seven years as God prepares the world for the Tribulation.

Revelation Outline: Spiral to the Second Coming
January 2019

The Revelation of Jesus Christ is a prophesy book that God shows to John the Apostle. It was written to seven churches but is for all Christians throughout the Church Age. Although most Protestants believe the book is sequential, the themes run parallel and overlap. The seals, trumpets and bowls begin at different times but end with lightning, thunder, great hail and earthquakes. Each theme's length of time grows shorter as they spiral down to the Second Coming. Churches of Revelation & End Times

The Revelation of Jesus Christ was written to seven first-century churches in the province of Asia Minor (Turkey). God is personally involved in the lives of His people so He reviews the spiritual condition of His churches. Revelation is used to evaluate the health of present-day Christian churches. Prophetically, the churches are seven sequential periods of the Church Age.

Adar I: Jewish Leap Month
February 2019

On the Roman Julian calendar, February 29 is added every four years to keep the calendar synchronized with the earth's orbit around the sun. The Gregorian calendar omits three leap days every four hundred years. With the Jewish calendar, days begin at sunset and months begin with the new crescent moon. Because years add up to ~354 days, the 30-day leap month of Adar I is added every 2 or 3 years.

Purim: The Feast of Chance

In 473 BC during the reign of Xerxes I of Persia [or Ahasuerus of Iran], Haman the Amalekite was the top advisor to the king. The Amalekites had an ancient feud with Israel described in Exodus 17 and 1 Samuel 15. Haman plotted to kill the Jews and cast purim or lots that chose the 14th of Adar (February/March) by chance. However, God put Queen Esther and Mordecai in place for such a time as this. See Purim.

Seven Seals: Four Horses on the Run

21st Century Revelation's premise is that we are living in the End Times right before the Rapture. Zechariah 1 and 6 describe four horses at rest during the Babylonian captivity. The key to the horses is to understand the colors of the end time powers. A world map shows four horses as end time regional powers on the run before the Tribulation.

Passover Fulfilled by the Cross

Each spring, we celebrate the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. By faith in His sacrifice, we are forgiven of our sin and receive the free gift of salvation. These holy days are floating holidays on the Roman calendar that link to the Passover full moon on the Jewish calendar. When we talk about prophecy, we say we do not know the time. However before the world was created, our sovereign God had a specific plan with a specific time. God revealed that plan though His Word.

The 144,000: Salvation in the Tribulation

21st Century Revelation's premise is that we are living in the End Times right before the Rapture. Today, we see some seal and trumpet judgments occur before the Tribulation. After the Rapture and before the Tribulation, four angels hold back the wind so 144,000 are sealed and protected to preach the mission of mercy. Despite severe judgment of the Tribulation, God's primary purpose is the redemption of humanity.

Seven Trumpets & Seven Wars

21st Century Revelation's premise is that we are living in the End Times right before the Tribulation. God gave Noah 120 years of warning before the flood. God gave us 120 years of warning before the end of humanity's rule. Revelation describes seven wars of seven trumpets. Today, we see some seal and trumpet judgments occur before the Tribulation. God revealed prophecy so people living in the End Times can identify not only whose they are but when they are.

Rapture, Tribulation & Second Coming

21st Century Revelation's premise is that we are living in the End Times right before the Rapture. We see four horses on the run and hear five trumpets sounding during the Church Age. As the spring feasts predict Jesus Christ's redemption of humanity, the fall feasts predict His return with key events of the Rapture, Tribulation and Second Coming.

Israel's Days of Decision: Mt Sinai and Kadesh Barnea

Jacob and his family moved to Egypt because of a severe famine in the land. God used Joseph so seventy grows into millions that would possess the Promised Land. The children of Israel were free 95 years and enslaved for about 120 years. God sent ten plagues on Egypt and then destroyed their army at the Red Sea. After this great deliverance, the people were given two tests to see if they were ready to take the land: Mt. Sinai and Kadesh Barnea. These were Israel's Days of Decision.

The sequence of events is the Rapture, Tribulation and Second Coming. Half way through the Tribulation, the Unholy Trinity of Satan, Antichrist and False Prophet rule.

The Feast of Trumpets: Rapture Day

Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 1:26 PM CDT is the astronomical new moon. It takes about eighteen hours for the moon to be visible. If the crescent new moon is seen in Jerusalem, the new year begins on Sunday, September 29 at sunset (6:27 PM IDT or 10:27 AM CDT). Since it is a two day holiday, the day ends Tuesday at twilight. Yom Teruah is the Feast of Trumpets and the day of the Rapture. If Jesus Christ was born 7-1 BC and died 27-33 AD, Trumpets in September 2019 begins a possible seven year window before the final seven years of Tribulation.

Seven Bowls: The Wrath of God
October 2019

21st Century Revelation's premise is that we are living in the End Times right before the Rapture. Four seals and five trumpets occur before the Tribulation. World War III (Iraq War III) occurs during the first half of the Tribulation and World War IV (Russia-Islamic War) and World War V (Armageddon) occur during the second half. Also during the second half is seven bowls.

Mystery Babylon: The Woman & the City

Revelation is a series of parallel events spiraling down to the end of human rule. Four seals and five trumpets have already occurred. The Tribulation begins with the 144,000 sealed and World War III. The middle includes the rule of the Unholy Trinity and World War IV while God pours out His wrath with seven bowls. Before the Tribulation ends, what and where is Mystery Babylon?
