The next question is when? July and August reminds us of an ominous Jewish time. From the 17th of Tammuz (Golden Calf) to the 9th of Av (Kadesh Barnea), is a three week period of mourning. In the wilderness, the children of Israel rebel against God by worshipping a golden calf. A year later they refused to enter the Promised Land. On these same days, the Babylonians and Romans breeched the walls of Jerusalem and destroyed the temples. Most bad things that happen to Israel and the world take place during this period. On the 9th of Av, the Crusades, Holocaust, World War I and Iraq War I (Persian Gulf War) began on the 9th of Av. In the future, two of the three End Wars might just begin on the 9th of Av. Chapter 25, Iraq War III, describes three End Wars. The first war involves China and Iraq, the second war involves Russia and Iran and the third is Armageddon. These wars occur in the beginning, middle and end of the Tribulation. Previous articles about Malaysian Flight 370 and Ukraine described the beginnings of these wars. America is going to fight a third war in Iraq. Since we are at the end of the End times before the Tribulation, watch as these End Wars develop into World Wars.

[God] said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, "Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates." (Revelation 9:14).

The Middle East has been boiling over lately. In Iraq and Syria, radical Sunnis led by ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Syria) have been fighting a civil war and gaining territory against radical Shias led by Iraq and Syria backed by Iran and Russia. Ukrainian separatist, aided by Russia, shot down Malaysian Flight 17 killing 298 people. The terrorist group, Hamas, supported by Iran, shot over 3500 missiles into Israel. Then Israel retaliated by invading Gaza to track down terrorist and underground tunnels used to supply the missiles.

Behold, I [God] will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it (Zechariah 12:2-3).

America's current foreign policy follows the theory: "Big intervention, big problems, small intervention, small problems and no intervention, no problems." The last two presidents misjudged the character of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The goal of tranquility has led to chaos. Our military forces retreating from Iraq and Afghanistan and words but little action in Georgia, Libya, Syria, Iran and Ukraine has weakened American influence and created a massive void. Nature abhors a vacuum. The opposite of "peace through strength" is "war through weakness." When America refuses to lead then Russia, China and radical Islam eagerly fill the void. The unintended consequence of our foreign policy has become: "Big retreat, big problems and big wars."
