Each election cycle, we are told the election is the most important election. Then four years later we are again told that the election is the most important election. The question still unanswered is: Who will be president at the beginning of the Tribulation? Since we are nearing the 2000th anniversary of the cross, the 2024 presidential election may answer that question.

Come, and let us [Israel] return unto the Lord: for he has torn, and he will heal us; he has smitten, and he will bind us up. After two days will he revive us [1948]: in the third day he will raise us up [~2030-2033], and we shall live in his sight (Hosea 6:1-2).

Through the World Wars, Iraq Wars and End Wars, the Bible describes in many dramatic details the great rise and even greater fall of the United States eagle and rise of the next world superpower. See Daniel's Dream. I am not saying this is the last presidential election. It is possible that there are other presidential elections and more presidents too. However, the Iraq Wars tells us the fifth trumpet is completed and the sixth trumpet is next. We are running out of time to fix our problems at home, stabilize the world and keep the peace.

The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it (Daniel 7:4).

The beast which I saw was like a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority (Revelation 13:2).

Joe Biden and Donald Trump were headed for a 2020 rematch. Since July 21, 2024, Kamala Harris leads the ticket but Biden is a lame duck. Primaries start in January with conventions July to August and voting ends November 5. Each election gets more contentious, dividing the nation deeper. America is at its weakest during a presidential election year and transition.

United States foreign policy makes us weak in the eyes of our allies and enemies. America's days as superpower are numbered as the world crumbles before our eyes. The European Union, led by France and Germany, dominates the globalist agenda through its weak but collective regional power. See Unholy Trinity. Watch for that giant red Chinese dragon as it raises its ugly head on the way to the Euphrates. The red Russian bear is finished hibernating and back to its old Soviet ways in Ukraine. The Islamic green horse led by Iran threatens world peace with the Israel War. China, Russian and radical Islam united against the globalists.

Prophecy is about time. If Jesus Christ was crucified between 27 and 33 AD, then the Second Coming of Jesus Christ could occur 2000 years later between 2027 and 2033. Since the Tribulation is seven years, it could start between 2024 and 2027. See First Coming. The Jewish calendar helps us understand that the Tribulation ends on the 10th of Tishri, the Day of Atonement (September/October). See Jewish Calendar and Tishri. So the president's terms of 2025-2029 intersects with the Tribulation window. I do not know which year but we are that close to the end of this age. See 7000 Years.

We still have the responsibility to pray for our leaders, to pray for revival in our nation, to participate by voting and encouraging others to vote. Our primary mission is to wake up, watch and work together as the Church until that day comes. Remember, we are living at the end of the Church Age.

If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:13-14).

Despite various interpretations of time and prophecy, we are living within the margin of error. Scripture points to the Jewish feasts of Trumpets and Atonement but we still do not know the year of the Rapture and Second Coming. Many people talk about an endless future with better opportunities for our children and grandchildren. That is just not true. God's time tells us we are the people living in the End Times when Jesus Christ will return. We see the final preparations for the Tribulation. We will witness our unsaved family, friends and neighbors left behind. At the end of this decade, we will be on the edge of the apocalypse or the world will be inside the Tribulation.

2024 may be the last election for a US president that presides over a superpower and leads the free world.
