Revelation can be confusing but God gave prophecy to understand His plan for our time. There are 6000 years of human rule and 1000 year reign of Jesus Christ. Four horses are on the run and five trumpets are sounding before the Rapture. Many prophetic events occur on holy days on the Jewish calendar.

The Tribulation lasts seven years and there are three major wars. World War III is the 6th Trumpet (China, United States, India). World War IV is Gog and Magog (Russia, radical Islam vs Israel). World War V is Armageddon. War moves from China to Iraq and Russia to Israel and Jerusalem. During the last 3½ years, the Unholy Trinity of Satan, Antichrist and False Prophet reign. At the Second Coming, all nations fall and Jesus Christ reigns during the Millennium.

Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory (Matthew 24:29, 30).

At the Second Coming, Jesus Christ returns with Christians, redeems Israel and defeats the Antichrist's army. Antichrist and False Prophet are thrown into the lake of fire (Revelation 19:19, 20). Satan is bound for a thousand years (Revelation 20:1-2). Then the Old Testament Saints and Tribulation martyrs are resurrected to reigns with Jesus Christ.

I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years (Revelation 20:4).

Tabernacles is the 15th to 21st of Tishri. At the coronation, Jesus Christ takes His throne as King of Kings. He organizes the glorified Saints to rule the nations. There are thirty days to mourn the dead (Deuteronomy 34:8) and forty-five days to judge the nations (Matthew 25:31-32). This period is from Atonement to Hanukkah.

From the time that the daily sacrifice shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety days. Blessed is he that waits and comes to the thousand three hundred and thirty-five days (Daniel 12:11-12).

At the beginning of the Millennium, there are three groups. The condemned are followers of Antichrist that took the mark, are judged and sent into eternity (Revelation 13:16). The glorified Saints are Old Testament believers, Church Age Christians and Tribulation Saints (Revelation 20:6). The survivors did not take the mark but live through the Tribulation (Matthew 25:31-32). Jesus Christ reigns with the glorified Saints over the survivors and their children.

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind. There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed (Isaiah 65:17, 20).

During the Millennium, Jesus Christ removes the curse and restores creation so the lamb feeds with the wolf. Then Jesus Christ reigns a thousand years on earth.

The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. And the cow and the bear shall feed; their young ones shall lie down together: and the lion shall eat straw like the ox (Isaiah 11:6-7).

At the end of the Millennium during the perfect reigns of Jesus Christ, humans still sin and rebel in their hearts against a holy God. Satan is let loose to test the people. Mortal humans are given a choice to follow God or Satan. War breaks out but ends quickly.

When the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth…. Fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them. And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone (Revelation 20:7-8, 9-10).

The dead are resurrected for the Great White Throne judgment. Those who refused to accept God as Savior and Lord are judged on works. No one apart from the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross is good. Then all sin, death and the grave end. See Invitation.

I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:12, 14-15).

God's 7000 year plan ends with the Millennium but that is just the beginning. God creates a new heaven and a new earth (Revelation 21:1-2, 4). The greatest story ever told is God's plan of redemption and His return to tabernacle with humanity.

Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God (Revelation 21:3).
