In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall you have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation (Leviticus 23:24).

Jewish months are set by observing the new moon. In 2017, Trumpets was the 1st of Tishri (September 21-22). The moon was sighted over Israel but the Sanhedrin need enough time to find two acceptable witnesses and light signal fires across Israel to notify the people. See Trumpets. Trumpets was not September 20-21 based on the perpetual calendar of Hillel II and not September 22-23, the day of the Revelation 12 sign. Since the cross occurred in 27-33 AD, we are ~1990 years from the cross and ~5990 years from creation. Therefore, the event of the Rapture could occur in the next few years. The Revelation 12 sign occurred before the Rapture.

You are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him (1 Thessalonians 5:5-6, 9-10).

Yom Teruah is the right day but 2017 is not the right year.

The Revelation 12 sign occurred on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at twilight but the Rapture is still future. It is difficult to put signs and events in order. The story of the First Coming combines shepherds and wise men but those events are separated by over a year. See First Coming. The seals and trumpets are put into the seven year Tribulation when the horses have run lose for 1700 years and World War I started over a hundred years ago. See Horses & Trumpets. Prophecy is about timing and events.

The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat (2 Peter 3:10, 12).

According to Revelation 12, was there a sign of the woman in our sky? Yes, it was Virgo (Virgin). Was there a dragon? Yes, it was Drago (Dragon). See Revelation. Was there an unknown planet? No. While some prophecy teachers look for the supernatural, the answer could be human nature. God frequently uses the natural supernaturally. The world focuses on global warming when nuclear warming, Islamic terrorism and the hearts of humanity are current threats. What clear and present danger would cause the United States and China to fall while Europe and Russia rise? Since five trumpets are history, the 6th trumpet is next. Revelation 9 says an army of 200 million crosses the Euphrates River (Iraq, Syria, Turkey). Watch out as Iraqi oil, Taiwan or North Korea start a war that China finishes.

[6th Trumpet] The four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, to slay the third part of men [2.5 billion people]. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred million; and I heard the number of them (Revelation 9:15-16).

What about the Rapture? The word harpazo is caught up or rapture. Some think the Rapture can happen any day. Leviticus 23 is a prophecy of the day of the crucifixion, burial, resurrection and Pentecost, so the Rapture, Second Coming and Reign of Christ must happen on their appointed days in Tishri. The Rapture on the Feast of Trumpets is not just another sunny day but Satan seeks to devour Israel's child, the Church. The context of the day is the beginning of nuclear World War III. The rapture is a rescue of Christians from sudden destruction. But the Revelation 12 sign begins before the Rapture and ends after the woman hides for 1,260 days until the Second Coming.














The dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up [raptured] unto God, and to his throne (Revelation 12:4-5).

How about the sign before the event? The wise men saw the sign of the triple conjunctions of Jupiter and Saturn in 7 BC and missed the birth of Jesus on Tabernacles. Later, they followed the star and visited the child in the spring of 5 BC. Austrian Archduke Franz Ferdinand's assassination on June 28, 1914 was another sign. A month later, Germany declared war on Russia which started World War I on August 1 (9th of Av). The sign occurs before the event.
